Natalia Vodiaova dazzled on the December cover of Harper's Bazaar UK (quite literally) in magnificent golden hues. The supermodel not only looked breathtaking, but also spoke about her campaign to build parks for deprived children all around Russia, with her Naked Heart Foundation. The entire photo shoot and interview was in one word-inspiring. It shows how everyone and anyone can make a difference.
On a fashion note, Harper's Bazaar UK really outdid itself with this issue. It provided me with pages and pages of most-coveted items, interviews with Bazaar's Women of the Year, and a list of the Best Dressed of the Year. Needless to say, Natalia was the highlight of this issue, the part that was utterly mesmerizing. The most amazing part of it all is how she looks so iconic and Goddess-like, but in the video above, and in the magazine interview, she is someone who is incredibly charitable and kind. It really makes you question how you look at people for their appearance, but don't know who they are inside. This issue revealed a different person, a different side of Natalia, one that you can't see when she strides down the runway, or poses on the cover of a magazine.
All in all, if you put this issue alongside the other December covers, (Vogue US, Teen Vogue) they would look rather mediocre.
What did you think of this issue? Which December cover was your favorite?
