Each of the four cities that showcase a selection of immensely talented, renowned can be defined as a whole. New York, as I have mentioned before, always has an air of grunge; a dash of leather, studs, and color combinations consisting of many shades of black are details that are inevitable to appear in some way or the other. London can be seen in a similar light, though in a more eclectic sense. The sprawling city, (one of my favorites) is known for the likes of McQueen, who delve into the world of fashion with incomparable talent and a vast imagination. Somehow, the combination of classic New York and London designers comes together in Topshop Unique's Fall 2013 collection. A medley of black tones came into play, donned on models like Cara Delevingne and Jourdan Dunn.
Just going to pause my raving review for a moment and say how much I LOVE Cara and Jourdan. They are two of the best models out there.
Back to the clothes: Topshop is known for bringing the best of quintessential street-wear to gleaming store windows all across the globe. Crop tops, high-waisted shorts, maxi skirts, and leather boots are generally integrated in a typical Topshop store collection. For Topshop Unique's F/W 2013, the basic daily-wear that Topshop concocts beautifully each year was taken up a notch.
