One of Singapore's most vibrant areas, Arab Street, is home to beautiful, culturally-significant sites; tiny boutiques overflowing with vintage lace, graffiti-adorned walls, and dozens of other surprises tucked into every subtle corner. The backdrop of vivid M&M-esque hues made for an ideal location when wearing an all-black outfit. In the warm days of summer which have finally arrived, Arab Street is the optimal place to indulge in the beauty of Singapore, in a truly unique way. For one lovely afternoon, I shot an outfit post in the gorgeous Haji Lane, which is dotted with the most glorious options for shopping. My outfit consisted of Singapore's best home-grown labels, including The Editor's Market and Green Poppies. Though I usually opt for more radiant colors and tones, the darker look was surprisingly suitable and a look I truly enjoyed. To add a dash of color, I included my new favorite clutch, gifted by the lovely Dorothy Perkins, in the look. The oversized clutch is large enough to include all my daily necessities, but continues to be a practical option. Moreover, its stunning coral shade is impeccable for adding a contrasting tone to any outfit. Together, the black lace top and midi skirt made for an elegant look, and it truly stood out in the midst of Arab Street's resplendent surroundings.
